The News is evolving. Had evolved. Still evolves. Media and the Press is seen to have changed from the past years. From hearing the news in a radio to reading it in a newspaper to watching it on a television. Until the internet came.
The Online world continues to rock the News, as it brings it to a whole new level. Think of it as a clone of traditional news. Just on a phone.
You can still hear the news, in a podcast. You can still read the news, in social media, like Facebook and Twitter. You can still watch it, in TikTok and even YouTube.
From Radio, we made podcasts. From Newspapers, we made Online News sites.
See it as a soft copy of the newspaper. Think of it as an upgrade of the radio. It’s the power of the Internet!
Social Media is so powerful that you can change a person’s ideology with a post. Just like that. It’s the future right on your fingertips.
People can now get informed without waiting for a live broadcast because it’s just easy to search the web. We can search for trends because we make them. It’s fast food without the food, but do you know what’s even faster to spread the news? The Chismis-keeters.
I don’t think it’s even a ‘what’ it’s a ‘who’ they, are a who. Just kidding!
Social Media ain’t going nowhere. It will stay for years and years of existence. The news? Well, it’s a daily kind of thing, so it will continue and maybe who knows, we can have a new way of getting informed.
That’s where we Campus Journalists come in. The young generation is also the voice of truth. A kid like me can make a page and become a blogger.
As an aspiring Journalist, I use the Internet for inspiration. This blog page is only one of thousands if not, many online news websites in the Internet that produces content benefiting the Youth.
Where will this lead me to? I am thankful I stumbled upon WordPress. It has, and will change my life and help me pursue this dream.
