For 6 months I have written almost 50 Blog Posts in different websites and platforms. When I shared an article on a Facebook post for the first time, it garnered more views and gave me 3,000 in less than a day.

Almost 16 people shared the post and it was only 2 months ago when I last did that method. I did not intend to really have a lot of views but I am committed to writing and blogging.

Marketing your posts is harder than writing a paragraph and finishing a whole article.

That line is what I wrote on my previous article, Anthology. You can read it here. Much as I wanted to create a safe space for me to write my thoughts and share my stories, I did not want to really have a following.

But I now have 23 Followers here at WordPress and you can join me too. Follow along with my Blog and Subscribe to my Email list to receive new posts by Email and get notified.

The power of Social Media is real and I attempted to test it. It is so powerful that I am able to create a real website and Blog for me, make a place for my stories and store my posts for the world to read.

Commitment is important in my way of taking the path to success. It is the key to open up the doors in this world. Along with my confidence that I built during I am locked up in the house, I am able to share my views. As much as I want to stay private, because I am really shy especially this is online and I am on the Internet.

It is hard for me to get ahead of time. There are other things I can do that I don’t want to. But I chose to write and start a blog in the middle of a pandemic in 2021. I actually decided to make a site last October of 2020, but I moved to different platforms and found my way here on WordPress.

It is boring to have a niche. But it is helpful in creating your topics. Just like Tom Kuegler, an American Blogger and Video Creator. He started as a writer for his personal blog. Writing tips and articles about something the world is talking about.

But me, I am straight forward. I am still picking a niche in different styles. Today I still write about news and personal essays. Did you know that I still have my sports articles from 2016-2017? I kept it on a blue portfolio for me to look up to it whenever I get bored and want to relive the memories.

Maybe in the future I might publish it in a book, hehe. I am still hesitant to upgrade for a site plan and buy a new domain, because I don’t know if I can continue to be able to pay for it. I will eventually do that soon.

It can help me and my Blog to flourish but it’s still early. Let me just enjoy my writing journey as a beginner and not as a writer that do this as a job. I want to share and write stories as long as I can and able to.

Sorry for the redundant phrases. I am still struggling to have decent English proficiency. It is my second language and I still have difficulties. -laughing emoji-

The Blogging Industry is not new at least for others. It has been here for years and I am behind the line. There are many Bloggers that is writing here on WordPress who have been doing this for almost 15 years. One has been publishing since 2006 and some started in 2011 and others, in 2016.

But me, I only started 6 months ago. And I know what you are thinking, how old are you exactly?…

I turned 15, 5 days ago. The first Bloggers started writing the year I was born. I am completely behind my time. An old classmate of mine stopped Blogging in 2016, he was I don’t know, like Grade 4 at that time.

On 4th Grade, I don’t even have equipment to do that. I don’t even start writing articles a year later.

“What ever you want to do, do it a hundred percent. When you work, work. When you laugh, laugh. When you eat, eat like it’s your last meal,”

Again, commitment is key

You are only given one pair. You can’t have a duplicate but you have a pair. One is for your back-up and the other is for you to use once.

Decide when you are gonna use it, now open the door. Commit to it. But ask yourself why you opened that door. Not because you have a back-up, but because you decided to take the leap and commit.

COMMIT! BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE.
