Maria Oggay, also known as Apo Whang-Od is the last and oldest mambabatok at 104 years old. Belongs to the tribe of butbut people in Buscalan, Kalinga.

She has been doing this tradition for more than 8 decades and has caught the attention of local and foreign tourists. The ink of the tattoo is made up of charcoal and water.
